During our Ghana 2024 Professional Development Series, we worked with over 700 Ghanaian educators through various activities, including school and classroom visits, professional development training sessions, and co-hosting the Outstanding Teacher Summit in collaboration with Out International and the Ghana Education Service.
Dr. West and Ms. Larbi were featured in a segment on Joy News in Ghana to discuss the Outstanding Teacher Summit.
The 2024 Ghana Professional Development Series cohort trained nearly 60 educators in STEM-based activities and lessons that could be integrated into their classrooms.
Grade 7 students at the Adenta Community School in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana assembled STEM kits donated by AcaSTEMics. They were excited and engaged!
